Pauline Msusa is a finance, audit, contracts and grants expert with nearly 20 years experience.  Pauline has developed operational systems of multi-million US dollar entities to be fully compliant with international accounting standards and has expertise to develop efficient finance, procurement, administration and operations systems.  She has experience carrying out finance and procurement systems strengthening in various organizations.  Her experience covers Eastern and Southern Africa.

Mutale Chilangwa Chisela (DBA) provide expertise in bespoke Human Resources (HR) and employee development solutions for leaders and their teams. She is an experienced non-executive board member and senior executive with broad management skills in Human Resources, including: Employee Performance Training, Employee Relations, Talent Management, Training, Risk Management, Customer Service, Operations, and Sales. She is also a certified Gallup Clifton Strengths Coach, supporting individuals and teams to perform at their best

Helen K.Chirwa is a Nutritionist and Public Health Practitioner with extensive experience in nutrition programming, policy advisory, program design, capacity building, and research. She holds a Master of Public Health, a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition, and a Diploma in Nutrition. Helen has played a key role in strengthening institutional and community capacities for effective nutrition programming and worked closely with government, donors, and partners to shape and implement national nutrition policies and strategies. Her career reflects a strong commitment to advancing evidence-based, sustainable solutions that improve maternal and child health, enhance household resilience, and promote community well being.
